Pamela Atkinson Homeless Trust Fund (PAHTF)
In the 2021 General Legislative Session, the Utah Legislature established the "Pamela Atkinson Homeless Account" as a restricted account within the General Fund. The PAHTF is funded through private contributions received under Utah Code 59-10-1306. The account's resources are combined with other funds managed by the Utah Homeless Council (UHC). PAHTF grants are distributed to organizations across the state that offer essential services and support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
