Why should I create an account in Care About Childcare?
Youth and early learning professionals, teachers and caregivers across Utah are encouraged to create a member profile. Members may browse training opportunities, register for courses, track and record professional development, participate in Utah’s Career Ladder System, apply for scholarships and more.
Administrators of programs registered with Child Care Licensing may update program information listed in the program search accessed by the public, upload program recognitions, view staff’s professional development records, pay for staff training courses, view grant information and more.

ARISE Attendance System
Starting July 1, 2023, all licensed family and center providers currently accepting subsidy are required to use an electronic attendance tracking system. The ARISE attendance system is an option available through the Department of Workforce Services at no cost. For questions, reach out to occ@utah.gov.
